Marketing Specialist (Digital):
In order to develop our portfolio of sustainable services, we are developing a set of digital marketing services within our consultancy business unit. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing this business unit by implementing sustainable digital marketing practices within our existing customer base and support business growth and development by preparation and execution of marketing policies for the new set of digital services. The position will also involve a strong involvement in the definition and implementation of the marketing mix (Price, promotion, distribution, and product) for the digital marketing service itself but also for other types of services and goods.
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible of the implementation and the execution of digital marketing strategies that meet our customer’s needs and budgets to support the reach of sales objectives. Our digital marketing services are aiming to create a solid digital presence and activity through website optimisation, SEO and SEM, social media management, online marketing campaigns and through others digital marketing channels. Market research will be a day-to-day activity to identify opportunities and scrutinize competition, especially for the SEO services. As well as to analyse the demand’s characteristics and gather meaningful data to understand and predict consumer’s practices and future trends.
The position involves coordination and/or production of advertising campaigns through digital and print assets such as product videos, websites, brochures & display banners, artworks. The Marketing Specialist will either produce these assets or liaise with the relevant third party professional such as graphic designer, developer, and agencies within the defined time frames and budgets.
About the candidate:
Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience within the marketing and digital industries (agency side preferred) in a B2B context. The applicant can demonstrate experience working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with various projects and several clients, creating digital marketing strategies and implementing them.
A tertiary education degree in Marketing or Sales is required.
Experience in website development, SEO and SEM, the creation of digital media assets as well as social media management is required.
An experience in a consultancy environment within the business and project management industry will be essential.
The candidate must have international experience as we work with companies overseas and within the import/export industry. Professional proficiency in French is
a requirement as we are involved with clients in the localisation sector and deal with French content, another language would add some serious value to the application. The candidate should also have a solid working knowledge of emerging trends such as Block Chain Technologies and sustainable management principles.
Exposure and involvement in marketing strategies such as marketing mix definition and communication strategy are essential.
The applicant will have strong customer relationship and liaising skills to develop digital marketing strategies that fit our client needs and budget.
· SEO (content optimisation and technical SEO) and SEM (Google certification is a plus)
· Experience with Google Adwords and Analytics
· Strong experience with CMS platform WordPress
· Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML and PHP
· Social media management skills (experience with Hootsuite appreciated)
· Intermediary skills with Adobe Creative Cloud.
· Microsoft office suite
This is a full-time permanent position with an attractive salary package and a commission system.
