Our current DNA is a product of our collective past.

Modern innovation is often heralded as a “Leap forward”, but is it?

Many of our modern ways of doing things are actually ongoing evolutions of ancient ways. Shopping, tourism, currency, banking, high-rise apartment living, takeaway food, sport stadiums, Arts and Culture, Sports….. but to name a few.

It is essential that for real sustainability, we not only preserve our heritage / history and Cultures, but we also understand how our ways of living have evolved.

Architecture and Engineering that underpin much of how buildings are constructed today, owe much to the past. Recycling has also been undertaken for centuries as components are reused.

By respecting nature and our collective past, there is a chance for creation of a real sustainable future.
